Quality Service for Anyone Looking for a New Car! The team here at Star Subaru is amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and eager to help you. This is the third car I have purchased from here and I am more than happy. Jackson, Andy, and Paul are very thorough and take their time to explain everything to you about the vehicle. In addition, they make sure to cover everything about the vehicle when you pick it up so that you don't have to painfully comb through the user's manual. Mike in finance was very helpful and offered a variety of reasons to purchase a warranty plan for my new vehicle. He was not overbearing, but gave rational and sound advice. I purchased the extended 10 year/100,000 miles plan as well as the tire/wheel plan for those dreaded potholes in NYC. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my new purchase and highly recommend Star Subaru to any prospective buyers! More

I had very bad experience at the service center! I own 2 cars and they are both Subaru. I have been using Subaru over 4years. However, I went to the start Subaru service yesterday and dropped my car I own 2 cars and they are both Subaru. I have been using Subaru over 4years. However, I went to the start Subaru service yesterday and dropped my car for oil change and recall service. Today when I went to the bodyshop to pick up the car. I found the $122.87 for service payment. I only authorized the oil change and the recall part. I never asked for changing cabin filter. By the time, I did not have time to argued for extra $ 66.04 so I paid and left the bodyshop. the service advisor name was Wes D. I felt very upset and disappointed about the service. I may think about do not purchase any Subaru with this retail anymore because the service is not Satisfactory anymore. More

Big thanks to Jackson for being very helpful and doing his best to try to get the deal done. Unfortunately our deal did not go thru (not his fault) because the vehicle I wanted had damage prior to deliver his best to try to get the deal done. Unfortunately our deal did not go thru (not his fault) because the vehicle I wanted had damage prior to delivery and dealer did not have any other current stock to my liking.
