Jacob the delivery specialist made sure we were informed about the particulars of our vehicle even as we had arrived later scheduled. He was patient and courteous and we were well prepared for drive home. The dealership as a whole is reputable and professional and we have done most of our maintenance and car purchases there and short of changing their business practice we will continue to patronize them.
