He kept me in the loop every step of the way from when I called to schedule the appointment, all the way through the diagnostic and recommendations. We talked through the service, repairs, how long it would take and he made sure I had a space to work and was well taken care of while they completed the work. I didn’t meet the technicians, but they got me up and running and on my way with no issues. I’m very happy with the service and treatment I’ve received at Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. More

We completed our purchase via the Volvo Overseas Delivery program. Jacob was able to explain the process, quickly schedule our vehicle and visit to Sweden for delivery. We also worked with Damir to finalize our purchase. Damir was upfront, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have choices in Volvo dealerships in our area, and specifically wanted to work with Volvo Cars Silver Spring based on reviews and recommendations from neighbors. Our experience confirmed this and we will continue to utilize them for as long as we are in the area. More
