I was born and raised here in Columbus Ohio and am a Grandview Heights High School Graduate. I am an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and love sports. I also have a passion for motocross and bikes in general. I raced ArenaCross for a number of years as I was growing up and will always enjoy the memories. I enjoy spending time outdoors either on my bike, playing ball, or spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy being on the water weather it be Alum Creek State Park or a beach in Florida although my dog Emi may seem more excited then I do most of the time. I love working for Krieger and appreciate the opportunity to help anyone who comes to visit.

When I was at the dealer in August, 2022 I was looking at used trucks and Jacob asked me what I was interested in. When I explained that I was having difficulty finding used vehicles with the features I want used trucks and Jacob asked me what I was interested in. When I explained that I was having difficulty finding used vehicles with the features I wanted he said it would be worth my time to speak with Scott, the Corporate Account Manager. He was right, Scott was able to access the information on equipping a new truck to my specifications. Scott was pleasure to work with and knows how to navigate their ordering system to give you accurate information. Harold explained my financing options as well as extended warranty coverage. I took delivery of my new F-150 in early May, 2023. More

I drove from Tennessee to buy a certified pre-owned F-150. Jacob and the staff were very helpful through the phone and email leading up to my trip. Upon arriving, there were some minor issues that I wa F-150. Jacob and the staff were very helpful through the phone and email leading up to my trip. Upon arriving, there were some minor issues that I wanted taken care of on the truck. Jacob was top notch in getting the answers to my questions and requests throughout the process. Dennis (Sales Manager) and Jacob made everything right on our deal for the truck and even took time to buy us dinner before our long drive back home. I recommended these guys because they value you as a customer and not just another dollar leaving the lot. Both gentlemen were honest, respectful, and straightforward during the entire process. They certainly earned my trust and respect. I look forward to future business with them and Krieger Ford. More

Jacob was fantastic! The journey in getting a new Ford Escape was wonderful. He did a good job at answering all of my questions and making sure to get the right car fit for me. Jacob Harn went over and above with the purchase of our new (to us) 2018 Ford Edge Sport. He was knowledgeable about the buying process and knowledgeable about the vehicle, itself. He thoroughly explained new (to us) 2018 Ford Edge Sport. He was knowledgeable about the buying process and knowledgeable about the vehicle, itself. He thoroughly explained all of the vehicle's features in an easy to understand manner. He answered as many text message questions as I had, even at times when he was not at work. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle as many times as needed and was never pushy or put off by the amount of time required for us to make a decision. He was honest and friendly. I truly felt that he was playing on our team during the purchase. I would highly recommend Jacob Harn at Krieger Ford if you are in the market for s used vehicle. More

He worked with us to find us a deal that would work for us. He will sit and listen to your needs and likes so you have your dream car. I want to also thank Harold in the used car department for working all day to find someone to finance us. We couldn’t get the bank to let us get a new car but he suggested that we try a new car and got us approved.
