Like I said before customer service was good only thing bad was the finance guy and ETA of vehicle. The finance guy didn’t really go over the details with me and I was told the ETA of the vehicle I purchased was going to be 7/9/18 but it turned out to be 7/13/18. There was barely any communication in between the time to update me on my vehicle, I had to call them myself to get answers. I was told I would be given a $250 gas gift card for the inconvenience but when I went to go pick up my car they said oh no it was only if the vehicle didn’t come in, well it did come in but 4 days late that’s why I was told I’ll get a $250 gas gift card. But the sales man and his manager said no still. I even tried to contact the sales manager I spoke with that said he will make sure I get the $250 gift card but he is now ignoring my calls and text messages. I guess they don’t live up to their words and promises. I would go back to buy another vehicle there because I like Subarus but I hope they can caplitalize on what they promise their customers. More
