I really liked the Ascent, but there wasn't one available with the required features that we wanted. I pretty much had conceded that I was going to get a non-Subaru vehicle. That's when I got a call from Jacob that he & Greg were going to talk to the General Manager about providing me a loaner vehicle until a new Ascent could be built with the features we wanted. I give Jacob & Greg a ton of credit for thinking outside of the box especially since they are part of 2 different departments (Sales & Service) that worked together to meet a customer need. We will remain a loyal customer and we will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. Great job to the whole team, but especially Jacob & Greg. More

I found a car I liked at White Bear Subaru and began the purchasing process and then found a car that I really loved at another dealership. After having a great experience with Jacob on the initial car I wasn't looking forward to starting over with another sales consultant. Jacob worked with his manager to get the car from the other dealership. Jacob could have easily settled for offering me the initial car, but was dedicated to making me happy. He even came in on his day off to deliver and close out the purchase. From the non-pushy start to the detailed walk through of how to operate the new vehicle at the end it was a great experience. I will be back to White Bear Subaru for my next Subaru! More

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever! I took my 2013 Imprezza in for an oil change and 75,000 maintenance cycle and just happened to see a brand new, 2019 Outback with the exact features a I took my 2013 Imprezza in for an oil change and 75,000 maintenance cycle and just happened to see a brand new, 2019 Outback with the exact features and color that I had been browsing for on the Subaru website. A couple of sales people approached me as I was walking through the lot and they respectfully honored my "not ready yet" response. As I tripped upon THE CAR, Jacob happened to be walking by (perhaps on his way to lunch) and I basically grabbed him and asked him for the keys. There was no pressure to buy - and no reason NOT to. So I traded in my Imprezza and upgraded to the Outback that day. Jacob asked all of the right questions to make sure I knew what I was doing and we made a deal. Everyone at WB Subaru was pleasant, respectful and knowledeable and I highly recommend them for a car buying experience. And, of course, I LOVE MY CAR! More
