The entire process of dealing with this dealership was painful. They slipped hidden fees and charges into our contract hoping we wouldn’t notice it. The staff was gracious, accommodating, and inviting. Now...my salesman--Michael Lombrozo. This man made my experience as seamless as possible to get me behind the wheel of this gorgeous vehicle. He went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied with the deal. Whether it was small details and incidentals during our conversations that made a personal connection between client and salesman, or a full-on history lesson within the dealer museum showroom while we waited for paperwork to be drawn up. He's a master of his craft and a showman to boot. He even rolled out the red carpet--LITERALLY. And walked me to my new sleek ride...complete with a red bow and pictures.
