Do not trust the new management they do not stand by their word even in writing. I am going to have to hire an attorney because they will not send me the key fob I was promised in writing and the manag their word even in writing. I can't even get a call back from any management. The salesmen did a good job but I have already had another family member buy another Escalade but I told not to buy from here. More

The entire process of dealing with this dealership was painful. They slipped hidden fees and charges into our contract hoping we wouldn’t notice it.
