Where other dealerships couldn't get it done for months or told me not at all...I got exactly what I wanted in design--better, even--when it was all said and done. The staff was gracious, accommodating, and inviting. Now...my salesman--Michael Lombrozo. This man made my experience as seamless as possible to get me behind the wheel of this gorgeous vehicle. He went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied with the deal. Whether it was small details and incidentals during our conversations that made a personal connection between client and salesman, or a full-on history lesson within the dealer museum showroom while we waited for paperwork to be drawn up. He's a master of his craft and a showman to boot. He even rolled out the red carpet--LITERALLY. And walked me to my new sleek ride...complete with a red bow and pictures. I was in awe at a beautiful surprise and all the effort he put through even before I got behind the wheel to make sure it was PERFECT.
