Jacob was great and at the time, the second key was not found but he found it and mailed it to us quickly. A negative is the finance manager. He was very pushy about the extended warranty and I had to say found but he found it and mailed it to us quickly. A negative is the finance manager. He was no longer friendly and just was silent until he finished the paperwork. I understand he probably makes commission but that was frustrating. More
