The overall experience was very good with respect to Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. Jacob was very nice and helpful too but didn’t seem to know the answers to couple of Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. Jacob was very nice and helpful too but didn’t seem to know the answers to couple of my questions about vehicle set up. The gentleman in finance seemed get upset with us as we were discussing the extended service warranty. It would of been very helpful to have this information prior to closing. We don’t buy or trade cars very often so purchasing extra warranty is new to us. It turned into an unpleasant experience for us. I think the product was good with merit. I even wanted to talk to my wife in private but that was when he seemed to get upset with us. I decided at that point we should pass. Thank you for the opportunity to share our concern. We are enjoying our new Ridgeline. More

Superior was really easy to work with and Jacob was very attentive throughout the whole process! He sent us regular texts about the disposition of the vehicle when it was being built and we were able to pic attentive throughout the whole process! Jacob did a good job at taking care of me, although when u got my car u figured the dealership would fill my new car up with gas as most dealerships do, when they detail it.. and it was not filled up with gas, it was on a quarter of a tank.. other then that Jacob was amazing but the environment inside the dealership was not to good..
