I joined the Manly family in September of 2019 and have never been happier in my entire life. I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me. Before this life change I cared for a gentleman with a developmental disability for a year and a half. At the same time I was a Loan Officer for two and a half years. The outdoors is where I feel at home. Once a year going camping, and swimming in the ocean is what I call the perfect vacation.

Jacob is the car salesman that every buyer dreams of. He is honest, a fantastic communicator, down-to-earth, transparent, detail-oriented, patient and helpful. Oh and did I mention honest? Sadly not a gi He is honest, a fantastic communicator, down-to-earth, transparent, detail-oriented, patient and helpful. Oh and did I mention honest? Sadly not a given in that business. Jacob helped guide us to make a decision between a CR-V Sport-L and Sport Touring, and worked every angle to get us the best deal possible. He never put any pressure on us and even came in on his day off to help work with my husband's busy work schedule. He tirelessly answered every question I had, and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the right decision. I loved working with Jacob and I would never want to work with anyone else to buy a Honda. We live in Novato and our closest dealerships are Marin and Petaluma, but we didn't mind the extra drive up to Santa Rosa in order to have the car buying experience every buyer should be lucky enough to experience. Thank you Jacob, you are a gem, I appreciate you taking all the stress out of this experience for us and being the consummate professional. We love our new car! More

Yes I called Service. Hiram Lopez was my Advisor had a friendly greeting and explained that I purchased my car from Jacob Knight and that I had available a 2 year warranty. Hiram was very helpful, knowledgeable and of professional demeanor in solving my problems Scheduled what was a appropriate time to leave my vehicle. Offered when loaners where avaliable and when my car would be done. My car was actually finished early. After picking up my car. I was surprised it was washed and vacuum. FIVE STARS... shout out to the staff at Manly Honda for a First Class experience. More
