It feels like it took extremely long for me to get my warranty work started. I was there 2 days, 4 hrs each day. Timing may have been off. Honda missed a detail the first time around but were very responsive when I mentioned this to them. They went out of their way to attend to the missing item (a brake light issue) and offered a full detailin responsive when I mentioned this to them. They went out of their way to attend to the missing item (a brake light issue) and offered a full detailing job by way of compensation. Overall their response was terrific, and very much restored my faith in their professionalism. Thanks to all involved! More
