Jake was responsive and helpful - but not overbearing & allowed me to work through the purchase-decision process at my own pace. He valued my time - at one point arranging for an associate of his to facilitate a test-drive - when he was not available. When I made the decision to move forward, Jake was an excellent guide through the purchasing process - outline the next steps and introducing me to the business manager. Jake has been supportive post-purchase making sure I am comfortable with all aspects of the MX-5, and made himself available post purchase. As a salesman, I thought Jake was reasonable and fair. I would be glad to work with him again. I found the finance manager to be hostile at times during the transaction.
