Jacob introduced himself to me while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He was friendly, not overly pushy, but knowledgeable. He said if I ever needed help buying a new BMW, he'd be glad to help. I gav car to be serviced. He was friendly, not overly pushy, but knowledgeable. He said if I ever needed help buying a new BMW, he'd be glad to help. I gave him my (unrushed) parameters and he found exactly what I was looking for in less than 24 hours. Quickest car purchase I ever made. He was great at that time and continues to check in to make sure I have everything I need. He's an asset to BMW of Loveland. More
