I have never, and I repeat, never, had a good experience at this dealership. If there was another nearby, I would most certainly patronize it. Jacob was very straightforward with the work that needed to be done and with pricing. He also made sure a recall part was installed at the same time, saving me an extra trip. Extremely happy with the service I received. Waited 2 years with a different dealer to get my trailer hitch and wiring harness and finally gave up and reached out to Russ Darrow.
