I am very pleased with the service at this location. I like that I was assigned to Jacob. He has made sure I am aware of what services my vehicle needs and where to locate the information on the message like that I was assigned to Jacob. They didn’t communicate anything with me about my repair. They usually send me updates throughout the whole process and I didn’t hear anything until I called the next day. Update: Not only did they NOT ever address my issue, they called me to take down my review. The service manager is an absolute bully and I will never do business with this dealership again. I will be in the market for a new VW soon but I wouldn’t take a thing from this dealership if they gave to me for free. Horrible repair job, horrible customer service. More
