Brought in my 2010 GX for isochronal checkups (oil & filter element change, tire balance and rotation, and such). Turns-out, front brake pads were at minimums and the disks needed to be turned and smoothed. Jacob gave me a quote with full explanations, and a timeline for completion, and delivered on both. I was very happy with the service. It was efficient, and timely, I was disappointed however in the high cost for the tire rotation. I was told the $40 charge was because I did not buy my tires there.
