I went to Nazareth Ford looking for a used truck and they had the one I found online. I met Rob and he just showed me everything with the truck and took it for a test drive. Overall it was okay. Eventually reached the deal I wanted between price and trade allowance… but it took a few days of haggling and was very labored. Not sure why they continued to play it out if they were willing to go lower? Everyone was polite enough but definitely giving off the impression they’d rather be somewhere else. No one I interacted with appeared to enjoy working there and it definitely translated. Again, nothing to complain about necessarily… you just feel like spending $40k on a new vehicle should come with a bit higher level of customer interaction. Overall 3 out of 5 More

I test drove the truck with no pressure. I test drove another brand but was still on the fence. The next day I asked to come back for another test drive. Alex set a time for us to come in. Jonah Ruggiero responded to me immediately and, although there wasn't much more that could be done with the price, he did get me another 500 off to cover my fees. Nazareth Ford also offers a free 100,000 mile, unlimited time powertrain warranty on certified vehicles which also helped with my decision. The next morning my girlfriend and I took the hour trip to the dealership, test drove it and bought it. Front to back Jonah, and the rest of the staff were helpful, accommodating and low pressure. Excellent experience all around and I would definitely check them first when it's time to buy again. Ask for Jonah. More
