We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jacob Sberna. He knew absolutely everything about the vehicle we purchased, answered every question we had with lingo we could understand. He deserves a raise for sure! I look forward to working with Jacob again! The only downfall from the whole situation is it took the finance department what seemed to be to long. We had the check for the vehicle and everything and just seemed like they drug there feet. For a while I was almost thinking they wanted us to leave without the vehicle with all the waiting around for no reason, the sales department/ finance wasn’t busy when we purchased the vehicle. More
