Your service advisor lied To me about several issues with my Ram! No. 1 about killing my new battery 4 days old, No.2 about releasing the electric brakes, they were locked when we delivered it there and with my Ram! No. 1 about killing my new battery 4 days old, No.2 about releasing the electric brakes, they were locked when we delivered it there and still locked when we picked it up, No.3, they used the first hour diagnostic ruining my new battery then called and requested 3 more hours diagnostic @ $185 per hour also they needed me to bring them another new battery so they could use it to diagnose a dead short to the battery knowing it would also kill another new battery. After I told them to use an ohm meter to find the short that’s what they did. I was so disgusted dealing with these guys I would never come to nor refer anyone to this dealership! More

The service department is great. They replaced my hemi exhaust manifolds,which is not an easy job and had me in an out in less than 5 days after diagnosis. I definitely will be back.
