As a single woman, this was unfortunately rare in my purchase journey across many dealerships. Yer really took the time to understand what I needed—not just what car I said I came to see—and he surprised me (in the best way) with an option that fit me perfectly. He never pushed, never rushed, and never tried to upsell me things that didn’t make sense for me. Instead, he helped me compare trims, features, long-term costs, and even tire prices so I felt genuinely informed, not pressured. What stood out most was his honesty and communication. He kept me updated on timing, was very responsive without being pushy, walked me through the details that mattered, and even flagged small issues like dents and scratches before I signed final paperwork. He took care of everything—including driving the vehicle to my hotel personally so I didn’t have to juggle logistics with my family.
