He never pushed, never rushed, and never tried to upsell me things that didn’t make sense for me. Instead, he helped me compare trims, features, long-term costs, and even tire prices so I felt genuinely informed, not pressured. What stood out most was his honesty and communication. He kept me updated on timing, was very responsive without being pushy, walked me through the details that mattered, and even flagged small issues like dents and scratches before I signed final paperwork.
