Downsizing from a large loaded SUV that had it all and being quite indecisive in general. Sale rep Andrea assisted in making my decision easy by simply asking me what the Volkswagen model I was looking to being quite indecisive in general. Sale rep Andrea assisted in making my decision easy by simply asking me what the Volkswagen model I was looking to purchase didn’t have. My reply, “No ambient lighting” and well problem solved she pointed out the model that had it all. Very pleased with my purchase! Highly recommend requesting sales rep Andrea for your next new purchase! She was very informative and made my buying experience positively memorable and even fun!! More

Process was relatively easy, but I ended up getting the wrong color car then I was promised and was not made aware until after part of the paperwork was signed. Ended up sitting in the dealership for over wrong color car then I was promised and was not made aware until after part of the paperwork was signed. Ended up sitting in the dealership for over 2 hours waiting to get everything done. Felt like I was put through the ringer for no reason. Will likely be going to a different VW dealership moving forward. More
