We had been looking for a used Tiguan and once they knew what we wanted, they found a brand new one for only a couple thousand above our targ for us. All went well; on the other hand, VW refused to fix or replace the lower front end which it has pealing paint!! They concluded it was done by “outside force” and pealing paint is normal!!
