My wife and I planned to just peak in a window on the lot to see the space in an Atlas and leave without speaking to anyone, we’ve had pretty terrible dealer experiences in the past and only wanted to walk i to see the space in an Atlas and leave without speaking to anyone, we’ve had pretty terrible dealer experiences in the past and only wanted to walk in when we absolutely were ready to make a purchase. We ended up deciding a test drive was best, we were greeted by Steve F. to help us out. His knowledge of the vehicles were beyond recent experiences at other dealers and his approach to truly understand what we were looking for in features and financials was well received. During test driving it was appreciated that the background work Steve was doing kept the process moving, in previous experiences sales persons would wait until our return to get another car ready or work to be able to provide options and availability on vehicles, Steve had more and better information every step of the way. It is safe to say that this was our best dealer experience yet which included all the individuals that put information together in the background, the cohesiveness of the entire team showed well with the experience’s continuity. All that said we were able to walk away from our current lease in our ideal vehicle! Even with the vehicle not available until the next day Steve was in early on Saturday morning, before operating hours, to allow us to exchange and pick up our new vehicle before the sales floor got hectic this was super helpful with us also having to manage two young kids (maniacs) while flipping two car seats into our new Atlas.
