I initially found a car I was interested in on CarGurus, shortly after I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chad. I let him know what car I was interested in and he did an excellent job of showing me the car, going over the various features. I was immediately hooked and left a $500 hold on the car so I could come back and purchase it in a couple days. In the day between he did an excellent job of communicating and answering my various questions I texted to him. When the big day came to buy the car he was nothing but professional, it was a fun and easy experience buying from Luther Volkswagen and the salesman chad. Jacque in the finance department was also very helpful and she no problems answering your various questions and help you keep your budget. More
