Revised and resolved : Lease pull ahead not honored Issue resolved. Luther resolved the issue and took care of the outstanding lease balance. Other than this glitch, my purchase experience was quite pleasant. I purchased a new Atlas several months ago during a lease pull ahead promotion. The dealership never paid off the lease. I was assured they were handling the issue but am still receiving collection calls from VW a month later. Extremely frustrating. More
