A preowned multi point inspection was completed by the dealership and all that was needed according to the report was new fluids, filters, w-blades. A copy of report was given to me along with service invoice. Great transparency! The Lincoln was in perfect condition. Jacques was very timely with good communication, before, during and after the sale. He portrayed a genuine interest in making sure my needs were met doing so in a fun relaxing way. My local dealer offered to work to trade for the vehicle I wanted and to bring it to my hometown. They intended to upcharge about 4.5k - 6k more than Perkins was already offering it for. For only about 500 miles away this was not reasonable. With this I flew up to Colorado Springs and was picked up by salesman Jacques Perreault at the airport.
