Jacques Perrault, my Sales Representative greeted me with a smile, handshake, and professionalism I've rarely seen. Jacques showed me what I asked for. I chose a 2019 Challenger. Unfortunately, it was spoken for. Jacques said he would find me a different one and in a color of my choosing. I wanted to purchase a car that day though, before i changed my mind. He showed me the 2010 HEMI with 21K miles perfect maintenance record and CARFAX verification. Decided to own it on the spot. Made the deal. Price was so good I paid cash and drove it off lot couple days later. Jacques guided me through the whole process and there was never any pressure. Happy, on a whim I decided I wanted a car that day.
