I recently moved to Colorado with my husband and my I went to Perkins in Colorado Springs yesterday, 6-24-19 to look at the Jeep Compass Trail Hawks. I recently moved to Colorado with my husband and my car didn't suit my needs anymore. I needed a 4wd and Jeep is the first choice for me. I arrived and parked and as I was heading towards the showroom door, a man had already noticed me and came out to greet me. We shook hands and introduced ourselves. Jacques was warm and fast to acknowledge my needs and requirements for a new 4wd. I had a trade in and wanted to spend as little money down possible and keep payments down below $150 a month. He sat me at his desk, offered me a water or coffee, and then we reviewed what was on the lot. He didn't try to talk me into a different vehicle, I was only interested in the Compass Trail Hawk and he showed me what he had and found one that was a killer deal. We took a nice test drive and I drove out with my "nearly new" Jeep for a small down payment and low monthly payments. He was personable, kind, knowlegable and very friendly. I would recommend him to everyone! He made the whole experience fun! More

When we told him more specifics on features he looked through the inventory and asked us about colors, etc. He was very knowledgeable in the product line itself and didn't pressure us on moving up or down the trim models. As we moved through the car buying process, Jacques shared his personal history and interests which paralled many of ours. He made a long day enjoyable. More

I said that I would just come back another day and didn't want them to stay late for me but they were very persistent (lol) and said it was no trouble for them. My only disappointment was when Ricky asked if he could get the payment down to match my prequalify payment ( because the payments were too high what they first offered) .. I said YES ...I would make the deal... Thinking they were going to come down in price to make it work. Little did I know they were just going to add (lots) of length to my loan and that's how I was going to keep my payments lower. I have alot of integrity and if I say it's a deal... It's a deal...(even tho it was about $14 more/month)... So I kept my part and agreed. (That's why I didn't score Ricky as high even tho he was very nice and kind.) I would still recommend them because they were all so nice and fun to work with! Just beware not to agree to a general statement of getting a lower payment with the assumption they were going to go down on the price of the vehicle (so felt kind of deceived)! But like I said, a deal's a deal to me and I did it. Overall...I love my SUV and they let me get it with zero down, just like they said. More
