During discussions regarding an ECM repair need on a 1 year old car with 17,000 covered by bumper to bumper warranty, I was informed that additional fuel would be needed in the vehicle to complete the repair process. I expressed concern about being expected to pay for approximately $20 worth of gasoline when the vehicle was being repaired for what appears to be a manufacturer-related defect. My concern was never about the cost of the fuel itself, but rather the principle that I was being asked to incur an additional expense as a result of a warranty-related repair. Had the check engine light and ECM issue not occurred, I would have continued using the fuel already in the vehicle and would not have needed to add fuel at that time.During that discussion, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that I was treated disrespectfully. I left the conversation feeling that my ability to afford the vehicle was being questioned simply because I disagreed with being responsible for fuel related to a warranty repair. Regardless of intent, I found the interaction unprofessional and disappointing.
I will not be returning to Lahtis Jeep, and will tell my friends and family to stay far away as well.

Spent the $407 to be told basically has a PCM system
reboot by receptionist. Fair enough! Then told to drive on the highway to get excess gas out of cat, by receptionist. Both very professional and plea

Issue is, never made it to the highway and car sits in the driveway after two tows and $407. Never a conversation about a reboot as first attempt or anything. Called back and told to tow it back over.
Walked in to pick up the Jeep and basically given a sheet and pointed to where to go pay!
