When you visited for your oil change, our team may have discussed additional services from our maintenance menu. This menu is not required in any way—it’s simply available as an option for customers who want to stay ahead on vehicle care. This is a relatively new service for us, and many customers have found it helpful and a good value, but we understand it may not be what everyone is looking for during a routine visit. For today’s vehicles, maintaining performance and reliability often involves more than just oil changes and tire rotations, which is why we make these recommendations available. That said, none of these services are ever required, and our intention is always to inform—not pressure. I’m sorry if that didn’t come across clearly during your visit. Regarding the windshield concern, we want to clarify that we do not sell windshields. What you experienced was part of the state inspection process. Inspection requirements have become much stricter, and stations like ours are held accountable for following those standards closely. That said, there should never be confusion or inconsistency in how that’s communicated, and we apologize for the frustration you experienced. At no point was our team trying to recommend anything unnecessarily, but it’s clear we fell short in how we communicated and handled your visit. That’s on us, and we take it seriously. We truly value your continued trust and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your experience further.
