Spent the $407 to be told basically has a PCM system reboot by receptionist. Fair enough! Then told to drive on the highway to get excess gas out of cat, by receptionist. Both very professional and plea reboot by receptionist. Fair enough! Then told to drive on the highway to get excess gas out of cat, by receptionist. Both very professional and pleasant. Issue is, never made it to the highway and car sits in the driveway after two tows and $407. Never a conversation about a reboot as first attempt or anything. Called back and told to tow it back over. Walked in to pick up the Jeep and basically given a sheet and pointed to where to go pay! More

I was being offered to upsell me maintenance packages when I came in for an oil change and they were outrageously priced, tired packages. Also had to argue about the condition of a windshield as even the when I came in for an oil change and they were outrageously priced, tired packages. Also had to argue about the condition of a windshield as even the service techs seemed to differ on the condition. All this and I am in the Mopar oil change program. This was by far my worst experience here. More
