After I expressed interest online about leasing a Subaru Crosstrek, Jadae got back to me quickly and presented the best offers the dealership had. I contacted every Subaru dealership in the valley and Peoria Subaru was the most up front and transparent with me. Once I got to the dealership Alan took great care of me! I had already settled on the model I wanted and he gave me a rundown of the different options and trim packages that I was interested in. I was up front with him and said that I couldn't buy the car today since I wanted to sleep on it, and there was zero pressure to close the deal right then and there. The next day he helped me close the deal! George answered all of my finance questions and was really friendly. He made sure I understood everything and walked me through the paperwork. I live about an hour away from the dealership and have zero regrets making the drive! I love my new Subaru and would recommend this dealership as the best one in the valley. More

When I arrived to meet with Joseph "Joey" Amar, I was pleasantly surpri onto a car lot and did most of what I needed up front via internet and phone. When I arrived to meet with Joseph "Joey" Amar, I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge & organization. He gave me all necessary information without the typical pressure that drives people away from some car salesmen. I asked many questions about the car and he was able to accurately answer almost all of them with his own extensive knowledge. The one question to which he didn't have the answer, I was happy to hear him state that it was a good question and he immediately got the answer for me. That showed me that he had terrific integrity and wanted to be the best salesman possible, not a bs'er. He took all the extra time I needed to show me all the bells and whistles of my new car, and I drove off the lot without any further questions. It wasn't just painless, it was actually a very pleasant experience! The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone was generally very pleasant and helpful. Way to go, Joey! Thanks, Peoria Subaru. I love my new Ascent! More

Great experience! Coming from a background in working at a high end dealer where customer service is literally the most important part of client interaction, Peoria Su Coming from a background in working at a high end dealer where customer service is literally the most important part of client interaction, Peoria Subaru knocked it out of the park. We were buying a new car for our daughter and they definitely laid out the red carpet for her. Being this is her first car they were patient, supportive and made the experience for her fun! Something she will always remember with her first ever car! I can't thank the staff at Peoria Subaru enough for taking good care of us and going above and beyond to make the car buying experience so special for my daughter!
