It seems that they enter the break area, ask for a customer & if no answer is given, you’re on your own. If you go to the toilet, you’ll have to ask the staff if my car is done. I waist time mostly because I didn't want to badger the staff. This is an old story. The people want to know when the next train arrives. They don't necessarily care how long it takes. BTW, there are two unused monitors in break area, put them to good use. employee(s) worked with does not apply to this review, i just picked one so as to submit. More
