I've never experienced a more comfortable & professional car-buying experience than I have at this dealership, and I've dealt with Plymouth, Volkswagen, Lexus, Cadillac & Oldsmobile in the past in my lifetime. I guess when you combine highly-rated automobile design at a reasonable price with the best sales & service team in the area, you get customers coming back for 15+ years. I know I'll be back again! Stop Wasting My Time Yes, an ok break area. But, please improve upon the way you inform your patrons of when their service is complete. I unnecessarily wasted about 40 min Yes, an ok break area. But, please improve upon the way you inform your patrons of when their service is complete. I unnecessarily wasted about 40 minutes per visit. It seems that they enter the break area, ask for a customer & if no answer is given, you’re on your own. If you go to the toilet, you’ll have to ask the staff if my car is done. I waist time mostly because I didn't want to badger the staff. This is an old story. The people want to know when the next train arrives. They don't necessarily care how long it takes. BTW, there are two unused monitors in break area, put them to good use. employee(s) worked with does not apply to this review, i just picked one so as to submit. More

Hate the double charge for freight After a first visit where we disagreed on the freight charge, I went back with a price in mind and got it. The freight charge is included on the stic After a first visit where we disagreed on the freight charge, I went back with a price in mind and got it. The freight charge is included on the sticker price and then the dealership applies the discounts, etc. Then they tell you that they must add a freight charge $895. That's charging freight twice. That is not right. During my second visit that was fixed and I only paid it once. More

Easy purchase All went very well. I am very pleased with my car and the salesman followed up with a very nice phone message. The young woman who provided the tech All went very well. The young woman who provided the tech instruction was very patient and offered additional assistance via email or another visit. I live out of town (NC) so it was a bit confusing to me to buy a car out of state but really I didn't have to do anything...all was taken care of for me. Just waiting for my registration. More
