Dropped off car @ about 8am for an oil change and coolant flush. Was not called when car was done. I had to call in at 5:30pm to ask about car. Thats when I was told car was done, had to rush over to pick it flush. Was not called when car was done. I had to call in at 5:30pm to ask about car. Thats when I was told car was done, had to rush over to pick it up 10 minutes before service department closed. It doesn't take 9 hours to get an hour and half worth of work done. With or without an appointment its the same tyoe of customer service. Very very bad customer service. More
