I must say that we truly had the most pleasant car buying experience and Liberty Honda. The phone receptionist was very courteous, and set us up with an initial appointment with very short notice. Jadean was excellent with us and very patient in answering all our questions letting us test drive some vehicles. Justin was very pleasant, courteous and efficient, as was Marissa that took care of all the paperwork on the day of our pick-up. I can’t say I have ever been so welcomed at a place and to even have the general manager (Mike) come introduce himself was a surprise and made us feel good about our decision. We love our new Passport Trailsport and we made a good decision, thanks for making it such a nice experience!! More
