Dropped my truck with 170,000 miles off for service and it was determined that it needed extensive repair. I asked for a trade in value and was given a number by sales. I decided after meeting the sales person Jagger that the best route for me was to replace the truck. Drove around the 50 plus acre lot looking at trucks and found one that would work for me. I have a new vehicle with infotainment system defects. which service dept. tells me there’s no fix for at this time. $68k for a new vehicle that is mot 100% functional. This is not acceptable as GM has kn which service dept. tells me there’s no fix for at this time. $68k for a new vehicle that is mot 100% functional. This is not acceptable as GM has known defects but still these vehicles for new. I will reconsider my choices the next time I buy a new vehicle. GM has to do better More
