Repeat customer. Showed up on a Sunday to trade in our old Outback for a new one. (We had a coupon in hand for a free Visa gift card if we test drove a new vehicle. Upon seeing this, one salesman actually fled from us!) We were eventually paired up with Adrian. He showed us the new Outbacks they had on the lot. My wife picked one out, and we drove it away a couple of hours later. It was a pleasure dealing with Adrian, we simply told him what we wanted, he helped us find it, and did not pressure us into purchasing anything else. I might add that we drove up from Homestead, bypassing two other Subaru dealers, to deal with Subaru of Pembroke Pines. And yes, we got that Visa gift card too. More
