excellent customer service The service guys at the drop off were very quick and courteous within minutes I got there a staff member approached the car confirming my arrival with The service guys at the drop off were very quick and courteous within minutes I got there a staff member approached the car confirming my arrival with my service person and also assisted me with removing items from my vehicle to waiting area. Great service Louis Aponte was my service person and was absent for the day however he called the following day to see how did my visit went and offered his assistance in any way if I’m not satisfied I was really impressed because frankly I was not very pleased with a few experiences I had since I lost Mr. Garcia. Thanks Louis . Good job . More

15,000 mile service Professional, smooth, easy, quick. I went to the service center on a Sunday at 1:00pm. The receiver greeted me and efficiently noted mileage and did a Professional, smooth, easy, quick. I went to the service center on a Sunday at 1:00pm. The receiver greeted me and efficiently noted mileage and did a thorough inspection of my car. They were clearly busy. I had no appointment, however, I didn’t have to wait long to see Ed, my service person. I went to the cafe to eat something and do some work. So happy they had sockets that I could use to charge my computer. Received the call that my vehicle was ready at the agreed upon timeframe. Collected a clean, washed and well serviced car. More
