We made an appointment, but because it was Memorial Day weekend, he was busy when I arrived. He turned me over to Heather Campbell. He kept checking with me during the time I was there. I was very well taken care of by both of them. I was a serious buyer, but I did not feel that I was under any pressure. It was so different from another dealership (not Subaru) that I had visited weeks before. In that case, I wanted to run away screaming. Afterwards the phone calls were relentless. Not so at Bob Wade. Even though I had contacted them several times in the months before, I was treated like a mature person who could make up her own mind. When I was ready to buy, I felt that the staff was straightforward. Several times they told me how much they enjoyed working there and working with others on the team. It was as pleasant an experience as could it could be parting with that much money. But I felt respected and cared for. Great dealership! More
