Don’t know where to begin, I experienced terrible service
plus getting over charged.
I have a screen shot from their own parts department that shows the price is $894.76 but the service department charged
plus getting over charged.

Be aware of this terrible dealer and they wasted two half days of my time as well.

We apologize if something was misunderstood. All new 2023 models do come with our INFINITI PREMIUM CARE. The new integrated maintenance program provides a suite of benefits and includes coverage for up to 3 years after purchase and varies by vehicle. Services covered include oil changes and tire rotations, inspections, brake fluid changes, in cabin air filter replacements, tire road hazard and car rental assistance for some models.
If your model year was prior to 2023 you may have been covered under the previous plan. Without knowing details of your purchase we cannot look it up, but would be glad to review this with you. Please call me at 310-325-5555 if you'd like to review in more detail. However, please know that there are no complimentary plans that INFINITI of South Bay offers for the life of a lease.

at this dealership. In my experience, the customer service is just sub par. My recent service experience was with Jaime from the intital introducti

My recent service experience was with Jaime from the intital introduction of him coming to my car all the way to the end, it was just blah, no smile, or any bit of extra kindess, just very matter-of-fact. I will be fair, he was not rude, but not at all pleasant. He asked me what I needed, and I told him what I thought, but I'm not a service advisor, he did not check my mileage (as most have done in the past) or say what I might need, I had to ask about a service based on the mileage I had, then he told me what maintenance was due and the cost. Once my service was completed, I received the text message with the results of my mutli-point inspection where a few things were listed as Critical, but he did not come talk to me, by the time I read though the analysis my car was already out front. I do not understand how if I have items listed as Critical, why he wouldn't talk to me about them or even give me the option to get it done the same day, my car was already out front. I asked about a loaner if I wanted to get them items taken care of same day and he pretty much brushed me off and said even though they were listed as Critical that it was just maintenance. Just very displeased with the customer service.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any misunderstandings. Please know and please trust that we sincerely have your best interests in mind. Your brake fluid was at "yellow" indicating future attention. Brake fluid should be changed every 20.000 miles or 2 years. You had your fluid changed in April of 2022, so you still have some time on this service. We never want to over charge our clients or recommend services that are not needed. This was an alert that this is needs future attention. It is recommended that you change your engine air filter and Jaime will call to see if we can get you back in for this under our EXPRESS SERVICE. This will help your engine run more efficiently. We appreciate your business and your feedback and look forward to resolving any concerns.
