The best and most trustworthy dealership! Let me start off by saying I work in the automotive industry and I could fill a book with the horror stories I’ve seen happen to innocent, unsuspectin Let me start off by saying I work in the automotive industry and I could fill a book with the horror stories I’ve seen happen to innocent, unsuspecting buyers. That said, I know a good dealer when I see one and the crew at Fairway Ford is beyond exceptional! I’d spent months looking for a 2011-2012 SuperCrew Raptor with specific options in flame blue metallic in CA but all the ones I found were either at a dealer that was shady and would play games or the truck was in terrible condition and not as advertised once inspecting it in person. So I broadened my search and found this truck at Fairway. I was skeptical about contacting a dealer on the other side of the country, but since they had excellent reviews I decided to reach out to Jaison since his reputation seemed solid. Well let me tell you, Jaison is the most honest salesman I’ve ever met in my life! (Don’t forget I work in this industry) Jaison and the crew at Fairway Ford made me feel like family. I asked a ton of questions (I think the current email count is 55) and we emailed back and forth. Jaison even allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a third party to ensure it was up to par. After the inspection showed the car was up to snuff, I made him an offer and we were able to meet halfway at a price we were both happy with. So I purchased a plane ticket and went to Ohio from CA. When I arrived from the airport, Jaison had the truck right in front freshly detailed and gleaming with a full tank of gas! He promptly met me in front, showed me the truck, and allowed me to put my luggage in the truck and we went to do the paperwork. Normally the finance office is where they get you if they hadn’t already, nope not at Fairway. Chris had me in and out of the office with a gigantic smile on my face, paperwork, and a handshake in less than 10 min. No attempts to sell me undercoating, accessories, hidden fees, fake taxes, delivery charges, nothing!!!! The deal Jaison and I had discussed over the phone and email was exactly what I paid! No games and I received my deposit back on the spot! The truck took us home without missing a beat!!! We had a memorable cross country epic road trip!!! Fast forward a week later and I realized the door code and the fuel funnel were missing and the spare tire had some damage to the tread from the previous owner. I contacted Jaison and explained my findings, and he immediately responded with an apology and instructed me to go to the nearest dealer to get those items taken care of and send him the bill. I did as instructed and three days later a check showed up in the mail, no questions asked!!!! Normally after a used car sale is done the salesman will try and ghost you after the deal is done, not this one!!! Jaison and Fairway Ford is one of the last few fair and honest dealers! If you’re on the fence about getting a new or used car and don’t know which dealer to work with, that was me, stop looking and give these guys a call!! You won’t be disappointed and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better deal elsewhere! THANKS FAIRWAY FORD AND JAISON!!! You guys made my dream truck a reality!!!! More

We were coming from Pittsburgh so we worked out all of the details ahead of time. The numbers he gave me stayed the same, we liked the test drive and decided to proceed. Pricing was also fantastic compared to the Pittsburgh dealers. We’ve been saving pennies for a long time trying to upgrade from our Dave Ramsey cars - so pricing was the most important factor. We compared exact window stickers and when pairing with the trades I had, no one could come closer than a few thousand dollars on the OTD price. While we didn’t finance the vehicle, those folks were great too. No pressure to add on any products or care packages, no fees outside of what was disclosed in the OTD price Jaison gave, quick and out the door. Jaison helped us figure out a few features on the vehicle and sent us out with a smile. Overall a great experience at Fairway. More
