Great Customer Service Went to Mahwah Honda for a new car and first spoke to Jake Bender. Jake was extremely helpful and very nice to me. Prior to getting my car, I was in constant contact with Debbie and she too was extremely helpful. Last met with Mike and he was nice as well. Highly recommend going there even if you live out of state such as myself. More

Excellent experience at Mahwah Honda. Mr. Paul Eischen has always given to me a great job in taking care of my cars ( both a 2000 & 2007 Accord) and look forward to the future and bei Mr. Paul Eischen has always given to me a great job in taking care of my cars ( both a 2000 & 2007 Accord) and look forward to the future and being able to purchase another Honda Accord at Mahwah Honda. The service department is the backbone of the business Mr. Eischen has always had excellent people working on both of my Honda Accords, and without it repeat business would not exist. Robert Cohen is also a great with his help, concern and respect to me. With regard to the purchase of a Honda Accord, Alex was caring and knew the answers to any question that I had for him. I't always' great speaking with people who don't have to say the they will get back to you, that's a person unsure of the product he is selling. Jake Bender who since I purchased my first Accord in 2000, make me feel comfortable doing business with the dealership, and I thank him for that. Excellent, caring and respectful. Paul Eischen the person in charge of service at Mahwah Honda. I respect him and have a 2000 Honda Accord as well as a 2007 Honda Accord. Sh Paul Eischen the person in charge of service at Mahwah Honda. I respect him and have a 2000 Honda Accord as well as a 2007 Honda Accord. Should i ever need another car i would buy it from Mahwah Honda, I feel that i'm treated fair and treat me with respect. I'm a Viet Nam vet. and have spent over 1 1 / 4 years in the hospitals' from Viet Nam, to Japan, and Valley Forge General Hospital in Phonexville, Pa.(that is the hospital i spent much of my time. Would love to get another car but at the time money is tight so i do the best that i can with what i have currently, given my back and knees' the Accord gives me the most amount of room. It not only is the Service rep. but the people in the service bay that anything in need of repair is pointed out to Paul and I question him as to just what must be done. Robert Cohen has for years when i purchased my first Honda Accord he was great and to this day I can call him for advice should i need to and respect what he advises me. Thank You, Jeffrey D.
