It took over 2 hours to pickup the vehicle - I was handed off to several people, waited 30 minutes to print the contract, then found a scratch, which I was assured would be corrected. 3 weeks later - no res off to several people, waited 30 minutes to print the contract, then found a scratch, which I was assured would be corrected. 3 weeks later - no response. We worked through the value for my trade and price negations to get exactly what I wanted. When my first choice of vehicle sold they quickly found me another vehicle that met all my expectations! I live 2 hours away so it was a huge bonus that they had all my paperwork ready to go when I arrived and I was able to sign and drive in less than an hour! Couldn’t be happier with Prestige. Jake was amazing, Cindy was great as well. Complete no hassle, no bickering over numbers, had my new Jeep Rubicon transferred to their store and was in and out of the Cindy was great as well. Shady dealership going on two weeks waiting for a reply from the purchase a few questions. I was told by a manager that called me that the finance guy I was dealing with was there drove 25 minutes finance from the purchase a few questions. I was told by a manager that called me that the finance guy I was dealing with was there drove 25 minutes finance guy was not there it was his day off and I was waiting in line to talk to another finance guy when I was pretty much asked to leave and promised that the original finance guy would call me back now going on two weeks. Looking back I was trying to figure out what went good in this deal and I guess I got a truck and learned never to use prestige again. Looking at the list below this review so I can rate who I dealt with and I don’t see who I dealt with nor talk to on the phone on the list below so maybe I was dealing with janitors don’t know. Thanks Sigh and the finance guy that wants to work at Toyota not there maybe this is why you didn’t call me back. More
