NOT ONLY WAS I xxxxx FOR MY TRADE-INS, THEY SOLD A "SERVICE CONTRACT" I DID NOT NEED. I am not going to point fingers anymore. It just became 100% clear that they took no responsibility for a mixed-up vehicle contract signing. so, if you go their website, there is a vehicle trade-in value tool to use. A 2005 STi should get $ type After I realized they gave me only $6750 total for a 2005 Brembo Edition WRX STi(which should have pulled a minimum of $12 G's Trade-In Value), I tried to fix some of the problems without any success.. They refused to admit any wrongdoing or messing-up. We are all human, humans constantly make mistakes daily.. I know I made the mistake of not taking a 1/2 hour to make sure contracts were filled out properly. And after you sign those things, most people believe it is all over, no matter how bad the dealer's side is. THAT IS CATEGORICALLY WRONG, especially if Colorado consumer protection lawyers say otherwise. Now I have no choice but to go to the BBB and/or get a legal advisor in order to get refunded. But live and learn right? More

Jake was a terrific communicator during the entire ordering, building and delivery process and made an effort to make sure everything was in order. The entire staff at Prestige seems friendly and well versed as Ricky did a good job delivering the car. I shopped at four Denver Metro area dealerships including my historical well liked dealership in Golden and Prestige was better in all respects than the others - better price and more technically knowledgeable. Further, all the other dealers were saying 12 weeks for delivery but Jake said six and called it nearly to the day - not that it wouldn't have actually arrived in 6 at the others too but Jake knew best what to expect. Further, the delivery and buying experience was quick, efficient and no hassle - very professional. I highly recommend Jake and Prestige. More

A dealership with integrity We ended up wanting a vehicle with a hard-to-find color in the trim package we chose. Prestige and another dealership found the same vehicle in a wide We ended up wanting a vehicle with a hard-to-find color in the trim package we chose. Prestige and another dealership found the same vehicle in a wide search they both conducted. So the two dealerships were competing for our business over the same vehicle located on another dealer’s lot some 6 hours away. The other dealership created a deal that applied different discounts from what they quoted in a text message, increasing the price of the vehicle by $1,000. They made a lowball offer on the trade-in. They tried to push options packages that we weren’t interested in. Prestige gave us a reasonable trade-in value and they stuck to the price they quoted for the new vehicle. We conducted the negotiations by phone prior to going there in person. When we arrived to sign the papers, they had everything ready for us. The process was quick and pleasant. The other dealership played the traditional new car games with us. Prestige operated with efficiency and integrity. The next time we buy a new vehicle, Prestige will be our first choice even though the drive is twice as far. More
