Horrible Business! This dealership and I came to an agreement on price for a new Ram 1500. So I drive from Aurora to go complete this transaction. Before heading up there I texted them once again to ensure that the deal was still good. I even put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. When I get up there I sign some basic papers and im waiting for the main bulk of paperwork to come through. As im waiting the sales manager comes up to me and says that he can't do it for the price we had agreed upon. So insread of owning up to the deal, they called me a Lyft to drive me over an hour home. I have all of this as evidence through text messages. This not a good way to run business. Sales agent was Jake Billings. It was not his fault this happened but it was the managements fault 100%. As a Veteran I would highly recommend staying away to avoid being taken advantage of. More

Jake Billings, you the real MVP Before I met Jake, life just wasn't filled with the kind of hope and joy I looked for. Why you ask? Because other car dealerships had sucked all the j Before I met Jake, life just wasn't filled with the kind of hope and joy I looked for. Why you ask? Because other car dealerships had sucked all the joy and hope out of my life. For two weekends, I went searching for a car. Five different dealerships all did the same exact thing. They would tell me they had the vehicle, and then upon my arrival, tell me they did not have it. After two weekends of this, I was like a steak left on the grill for too long...totally done. I had given up. I felt that getting a vehicle was not going to happen. Do not worry baby birds, for the gods heard my prayers and sent me a sign. I saw an ad for a vehicle I was interested in located at Prestige Auto. This is where I met the man, the MVP, Jake Billings. I don't know about you, but when it comes to car shopping, normally you walk in and wait a bit for someone to come talk to you and then show you a vehicle. Every dealership I went to, I called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted to see. They all said they did. Most of them were lying just to get me to show up. For the few that had a vehicle close to what I wanted, I would have to wait for them to come out. Then I would have to walk around the lot trying to find the vehicle in question. When I went to prestige, I was ready for more of the same. However, I did not realize that I was about to learn what customer service should be like. Not only did they have the vehicle I wanted to see, as soon as I walked in Jake (who I talked on the phone with prior to my arrival) was there to greet me. He had gone out and got the vehicle and brought it to the front so that it would be ready for me to see as soon as I walked in. I know, I was just surprised as you are now reading that. Right now, it is obvious why Jake is the real MVP. Trust me ladies (and gentlemen), it gets even better. At this point, Jake could not have done any better. I was wrong. Jake did better. It was obvious that Jake spent time making sure he knew about the vehicle I wanted to see before I showed up. Other places made it obvious they did not take time to look over vehicle information. Jake also came off as just genuinely wanting to help. Other salesmen seemed like they wanted to just sell anything to me. Jake seemed made it feel like he wanted to make sure I actually found what I wanted. If you really do want a great vehicle shopping experience, you know who to find. Jake, the gentleman/MVP. Here is the best part. The other places I talked about purchasing a vehicle took about 3 hours to deal with in terms of pricing. It took about 5 minutes working with Prestige. I told them the range I was looking for in terms of payments, and within 5 minutes we worked out a deal. Every other place did the whole walk away for thirty minutes, stand around, then come back with a price that was nowhere near what I said I wanted. They would do this for hours trying to make it seem like they were working hard to get the price down. I could see them all just standing in a room talking. At prestige, I could see what they were doing. They actually worked on finding a way to try and make things work. They had the best customer service and dealings with the financing department I have ever had (Thank you, Matt). Every single place mentioned stuff about having people with a ton of experience working at car dealerships. Places can talk about having experience all they want. Prestige is a place that will actually show they have it. What took other places 3 hours or more to figure out, took 5 minutes for Prestige. More
