Such a pleasant experience working with my sales guy, Jake. I must say I was really dreading the whole experience. I didn't want a sales person trying to over talk me and fast talk me into doing something that I must say I was really dreading the whole experience. I didn't want a sales person trying to over talk me and fast talk me into doing something that I didn't want. I had called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still on the lot before I made the drive up there. I asked to speak with someone in sales and Jake Billings took my call. He assured me that the car was still there and he would have it waiting on me. I assumed the drive from Fort Collins would take me about 30 minutes but he said it would be closer to 40 but he would for sure be there when I arrived.When I got there I saw what appeared to be the car I was looking for and smiled when I saw my name written on a big tag in the window. Jake came out to greet me and we were about to take a test drive. I told him I had planned to stop for lunch once I got to Longmont but hadn't passed by a single fast food place on the way. I asked if he could show me where to go on our test drive so I could go eat afterwards. At that point he actually offered to take me to lunch! I graciously declined because I knew after our test drive he would need to crunch some numbers and I would need to be alone with my thoughts concerning the purchase. He told me to just take the car that I was looking at to lunch so they could get a chance to look at my car and also I could check out and further drive the car I was looking at without feeling nervous that he was in the car with me. When I returned he had a figure for me (which was very close to what I could do) and I had a few concerns. Jake was very friendly and called out the service guy (sorry I can't remember his name) to assist me with my questions and concerns. There were three areas of concern that I had and they agreed to fix all of those things and ended up coming down to the price that I countered. The experience was very easy going and I really have to hand that to Jake. He was so polite and I never felt rushed or pressured. He also told me to call him if I had any concerns after I took the car home. I am looking forward to picking up my new car this week! Thank you, Jake! More

Jake Billings, our salesman, was extremely helpful, patient, engaged and interested but without being pushy or controlling. He went the extra mile (even after he got our sale). He has been, and continues to be, very responsive to our texts. He has been friendly, courteous and "real" with us. We checked out other dealerships and other vehicles but kept coming back to Prestige, not only because they offered us a good price, but also because the "vibe" was so good here. We will recommend Jake and this dealership to our friends and family with full confidence. After the purchase, my wife and I looked at each other and remarked "We actually had a fun experience of buying a new car!" Keep up the great work... More

Jake and Jeff walked us through the process, never pressured us, and got us in the right vehicle...the right vehicle for US, not for THEM. They helped us understand the vehicle once we signed all the paperwork, talked us through the process, responded to every little inquiry quickly and concisely.
