The sales process was easy. Since then its has been ROUGH. Misleading info and random check calls to find out if I'm enjoying my new truck which I don't have. In fact my VIN number is still listed for sale on the website. Its been nearly 30 days since the deal was made. They offer 90 day money back.. I asked if I could undo the deal and was told no as it has already funded. They "hoped" it would be here within the month. I was then told a week later it was on its way and would be a week. That was a lie. They also aren't able to tell me why the vehicle is still sitting in storage ready to ship, but the vehicle that is still listed for sale on the website says its "in transit". Jake was great though. Terrie was great. More
