The price was perfect, the availability of the car that I wanted was great and the overall personal and on-line interaction was seamless. All this made the process mentally non-demanding, and I love that. From when I first called the dealership to inquire about a new Honda HR-V, I have had nothing but a positive experience -- it was well worth the 90 mi From when I first called the dealership to inquire about a new Honda HR-V, I have had nothing but a positive experience -- it was well worth the 90 mile drive to avoid the local "snake oil" salesmen. I was initially looking at the 2017 HR-V EX, and Mohawk's pricing was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other dealers within a 100 mile radius. On the phone, Tricia Plagenza worked through Nick Bonarrigo (GM) to provide even better pricing on a 2016 HR-V EX-L "leftover", saving between $2000 and $2500 as compared to other dealers for the exact same year/model/trim car. The employees at Mohawk Honda obviously work well as a team. Alison Wheeler assisted us with the actual test drive and sales details -- at no time did I feel any pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons. Tom Ryan quickly and professionally took care of the financing and other paperwork. Jacob Doyle provided an excellent familiarization of the vehicle's features. The entire delivery process was extremely efficient, taking less than an hour. More
